WHY ARE RAW PIGMENTS DIFFERENT?
RAW PIGMENTS color line is acrylic-free and won't dry out. Our formula was formulated utilizing advanced chemistry and is an ideal choice for artists and collectors worldwide.

We believe after 5 months of formulating that we have designed the darkest all-purpose black on the market today.
I'M NOT A PROFESSIONAL ARTIST, CAN I BUY RAW PIGMENTS?
No, RAW Pigments are intended for use by professional tattoo artists working in a professional tattoo shop or studio at business location. We do not send our pigments to residential addresses unless previously arranged with management.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email email@example.com. Tracking updates can be accessed through our Home Page as well.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We offer Standard and Express Shipping domestic and international based on size and weight of the package. Rates are available at checkout.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes once the order has been fulfilled.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES RAW ACCEPT?
RAW Pigments accepts Credit Card Payments and Paypal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request. We do not accept COD payments. Please reach out to us directly at email@example.com to request payment options.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. There may be the occasional delay on international orders due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control. Our carrier options are USPS, UPS and DHL.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PIGMENTS?
Store your pigments in a cool, dry place out of the sun, preferably at constant room temperate.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? CAN I CANCEL A PRE-ORDER?
A Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. You may cancel up until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Please be aware that RAW does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Raw, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
To request or initiate a return, contact us directly at email@example.com Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs. Once the items have been received, we will send your new pigments or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). RAW Pigments cannot be held liable for the loss of inks being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?
If you are exchanging: you only need to return the product/s you wish to exchange. If refunding: the full set must be returned. We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a set.
